Here is a 1-day and 2-day itinerary to help you tour Disneyland Paris and get the most out of your visit.

1-Day Itinerary for Disneyland Paris

The 1-day Disneyland Paris Itinerary will help you enjoy the highlights of the park in a short time. 

The key to the best visit is to book your tickets online in advance and arrive early. 

Morning:

8 am: Arrive at Disneyland Park and head straight to Fantasyland.

8.15 am: Ride Peter Pan’s Flight, a classic dark ride that takes you on a journey through Neverland.

8.45 am: Ride Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups, a spinning teacup ride that will get you laughing.

9.15 am: Ride Dumbo the Flying Elephant, a gentle ride that’s perfect for all ages.

This itinerary can be customized to fit your interests and needs. 

For example, if you’re a fan of Star Wars, you could spend more time in Discoveryland and rides like Star Tours – The Adventures Continue and Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain. 

If you’re traveling with young children, you could spend more time in Fantasyland and rides like Peter Pan’s Flight and Dumbo the Flying Elephant.

2 Day itinerary

We recommend visitors spend two days at Disneyland Paris to enjoy all the rides and attractions. 

Here is a 2-day itinerary for Disneyland Paris. 

Day 1

Morning:

Main Street USA: Start your day in Main Street USA, the charming heart of Disneyland. 

Take a stroll down the street, admire the shops and restaurants, and snap some photos of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Tomorrowland: Next, head to Tomorrowland, the land of the future. 

Ride Space Mountain, is a thrilling roller coaster that takes you through the darkness of space. 

Then, take a spin on Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, a fun shooting game.

Fantasyland: After Tomorrowland, it’s time to visit Fantasyland, the land of dreams and imagination. Ride Peter Pan’s Flight, a classic dark ride that takes you on a journey to Neverland. 

Then, meet some of your favorite Disney princesses at Royal Hall.

Lunch: Grab lunch at one of the Disney’s themed restaurants. Carnation Cafe, a classic American restaurant offers a variety of comfort food options, perfect for a quick and easy lunch in this zone. 

Afternoon:

Adventureland: After lunch, head to Adventureland, the land of mystery and adventure. 

Ride the Jungle Cruise, a boat ride that takes you through a jungle filled with exotic animals and dangers. 

Then, explore the Indiana Jones Adventure, a thrilling ride that takes you on a journey through ancient ruins.

New Orleans Square: Next, visit New Orleans Square, the land of jazz and Mardi Gras. 

Ride Pirates of the Caribbean, a classic dark ride that takes you on a journey through the Caribbean Sea. Then, enjoy a beignet at the Mint Julep Bar.

Critter Country: After New Orleans Square, it’s time to visit Critter Country, the land of talking animals and friendly critters. 

Ride Splash Mountain, a water ride that takes you on a journey down a river filled with singing frogs and Br’er Rabbit. 

Then, meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends at Winnie the Pooh’s Honey Hunt.

Dinner: Disneyland Paris offers a variety of dining ranges that cater until late in the night. 

You can grab your dinner at Blue Bayou Restaurant, a romantic restaurant that offers stunning views of Pirates of the Caribbean. 

The menu features classic Southern cuisine, such as gumbo and jambalaya.

Night: End your with the Happily Ever After Fireworks show over Sleeping Beauty Castle. Happily Ever After is a must-see for any Disneyland visitor.

Day 2

Morning:

Star Wars: Start your day in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the land of Star Wars. 

Ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, a thrilling ride where you get to pilot the Millennium Falcon. Then, build your own lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop.

Toontown: Next, head to Toontown, the land of cartoon characters. 

Ride Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, a fun dark ride that takes you on a journey through Mickey Mouse’s imagination. 

Then, meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse at Mickey’s Toontown Meet & Greet.

Lunch:

Minnie’s Plaza Cafe: This casual restaurant offers a variety of kid-friendly food options, perfect for lunch in Toontown.

Afternoon:

Frontierland: After lunch, head to Frontierland, the land of the Wild West. 

Ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, is a thrilling roller coaster that takes you through a mine filled with ghosts and ghouls.

Then, explore the Rivers of America and ride on the Mark Twain Riverboat.

Adventureland: Next, visit Adventureland again, this time to ride the Indiana Jones Adventure. 

Then, explore the Jungle Cruise and see some of your favorite Disney animals.

New Orleans Square: After Adventureland, it’s time for another visit to New Orleans Square. 

Ride Pirates of the Caribbean again, or explore the Haunted Mansion.

Dinner: Blue Bayou Restaurant: If you didn’t have dinner here on Day 1, this is another great option.

Evening:

World of Color Water Show: End your day with another magical water show, World of Color. 

World of Color is a projection and water show that tells the story of Disney through water, music, and light.

Tips for a successful 2-day Disneyland itinerary:

Arrive early: This is the best way to avoid crowds and ride some of the most popular attractions with shorter wait times.

Use Genie+: Genie+ is a paid service that allows you to skip the standby line for select attractions. It can be a lifesaver on busy days.

Take breaks: Disneyland can be a lot to take in, so it’s important to take breaks throughout the day. Find a shady spot to sit down and enjoy a snack or drink.

Stay hydrated: It’s important to stay hydrated, especially on hot days. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Take advantage of the shows: Disneyland has a variety of great shows to offer, including parades, fireworks, and stage shows. Be sure to check the schedule and plan your day accordingly.

Take your time: Disneyland is a magical place, so don’t feel like you have to rush through it. Take your time and enjoy all that the park has to offer.

Here are some additional tips for specific attractions:

Peter Pan’s Flight: This ride is very popular, so be prepared for a long wait. If you’re using Genie+, be sure to make a Lightning Lane reservation for this ride as soon as possible.

Space Mountain: This ride is also very popular, but it’s not as long of a wait as Peter Pan’s Flight. If you’re not using Genie+, you can usually get on this ride without too much of a wait.

Indiana Jones Adventure: This ride is a bit intense, so it’s not recommended for young children or people with motion sickness.

Pirates of the Caribbean: This ride is a classic, and it’s a great way to cool off on a hot day.

Other things to do at Disneyland besides rides

If you are visiting with the little kids and wish to try entertainment other than rides, then here are some more things you can try: 

  • Disneyland has a variety of character meet-and-greets throughout the park. You can find your favorite characters, take pictures and interact with them.
